I was doing the recommended every 3 year vent cleaning and after doing the whole upstairs the serviceman said to me that my vents weren’t bad at all and recommended to have him stop and and he would continue with the dry vent clean out and water heater sediment clean out and only charge me for the latter. Any other company would have continued cleaning weather it needed to be done or not but the integrity of this company and serviceman were 2nd to none.

Charlie and Johnathon were friendly and efficient. Had never had air ducts cleaned before so did not know what to expect. They explained the process, got to work and did multiple other tasks besides the vents. Very pleased with our experience at every step of the way. We remodeled an older home and was out of town at the time of our service. My contractor noted that 2 vents were missed (was easy to do as 1) they were in the floor, not in the wall like all the others. 2) The house was still a job site and we weren't there to point all of the vents out.) Kura's customer service was very polite and scheduled a follow up appointment at no extra charge. Garrett was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I was referred to Kura Home by Mn Duct Pros and I am very happy with the service. Scheduler was great and getting things schedule was very quick and easy and it was only a couple days wait on scheduling which in of itself is amazing nowadays. Nathanial was awesome. I was requesting a cleaning for my vents due to the high humidity in my home, but he did a quick check of the vents and stated they look ok and that he really didn't think that cleaning them would fix my main issue. He even spoke with his manager and even though I had a furnace company out twice that said nothing was wrong, they honestly felt that I should go with another company and get a second opinion. I truly appreciated the honesty. From the technicians to the scheduling team they have amazing customer service!! I highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide. I am not what you would call a “good homeowner” when it comes to maintaining my home. As a husband, a father of 2 and a small business owner routine home maintenence always fell to the bottom of my priority list. Before I heard about Kura, my home was neglected. Do you clean air ducts for $99?
No, we do not clean air ducts for $99. If you hire a company for $99 to clean your air ducts, you are going to have one of two experiences. The first will be where they come to your home, hook up a vacuum, and blow a little bit of air in each vent. The process will take about 25 to 35 minutes. You’ll think air duct cleaning is a joke after not feeling or seeing any benefit to the service. The second outcome will be the low price in, high price out method where you’ll end up paying hundreds, if not thousands more than you wanted just to get a thorough air duct cleaning. If you see someone advertising $99 air duct cleaning, expect to have a disappointing experience.
Do you clean air ducts for $199?
No, we do not clean air ducts for $199. Considering that most jobs take us several hours, we would be out of business by doing so. We have seen several invoices from competitors that advertise $199 air duct cleaning and that simply is not the end price for the consumer. There is regularly an upcharge for items like deep cleaning compressor per vent or sanitation that were not disclosed to the client until the company arrived at their home. At Kura Home, we pride ourselves on providing upfront pricing so you know what you are paying for. We have a flat rate the includes the highest level of cleaning possible. We do not use a low price to get in the door and high price out the door to be profitable. When you hire Kura Home to service your home, you are hiring a family-owned business. We train every team member to treat each client as if they were your sister, mom, or grandmother.
When is the best time to have air ducts cleaned?
Great question! The best time to have your air ducts cleaned depends on a few things, here’s our guide to when you need to have your air ducts cleaned. We have clients that call us in the winter because the heat is running more frequently, spring because of allergies, summer due to the air conditioner running, and fall in preparation for winter. There really isn’t a wrong time as long as you are cleaning your air ducts every three years.
How long will the cleaning take?
Typically, home air duct cleaning takes two to three hours for most homes. Larger homes can take the better part of a day to get the job done correctly.
