I was doing the recommended every 3 year vent cleaning and after doing the whole upstairs the serviceman said to me that my vents weren’t bad at all and recommended to have him stop and and he would continue with the dry vent clean out and water heater sediment clean out and only charge me for the latter. Any other company would have continued cleaning weather it needed to be done or not but the integrity of this company and serviceman were 2nd to none.

Damian was great explaining what he was doing. He showed me pics of before and after and of some of the mice he found. So glad to get that junk out of the HVAC system. Then he cleaned the dryer vent which was pretty full. I'd hire these guys again for sure!

Kura Homes literally saved us from a major disaster. We are in Florida and my neighbor noticed out heat was out when he entered the home. Charlie and Johnathon were friendly and efficient. Had never had air ducts cleaned before so did not know what to expect. They explained the process, got to work and did multiple other tasks besides the vents. Plus, my garbage disposal had not been working well and they were able to fix what was wrong plus shared how to keep it clean going forward. Probably saved me $500 if I had needed a new disposal. Very pleased with our experience at every step of the way. We remodeled an older home and was out of town at the time of our service. My contractor noted that 2 vents were missed (was easy to do as 1) they were in the floor, not in the wall like all the others. 2) The house was still a job site and we weren't there to point all of the vents out.) Kura's customer service was very polite and scheduled a follow up appointment at no extra charge. Garrett was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I was referred to Kura Home by Mn Duct Pros and I am very happy with the service. Scheduler was great and getting things schedule was very quick and easy and it was only a couple days wait on scheduling which in of itself is amazing nowadays. Nathanial was awesome. I was requesting a cleaning for my vents due to the high humidity in my home, but he did a quick check of the vents and stated they look ok and that he really didn't think that cleaning them would fix my main issue. He even spoke with his manager and even though I had a furnace company out twice that said nothing was wrong, they honestly felt that I should go with another company and get a second opinion. I truly appreciated the honesty. From the technicians to the scheduling team they have amazing customer service!! I highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide. I know they will be my first call again!
